We also recycle spectacles and hearing aids to other third world contries.

Find out first hand what Lions do; Membership is open to everyone. Lions Clubs International is the world's largest service organization. Lions are recognised worldwide for their service to the less fortunate and needy. Activities :

Hove Lions had another successful Carnival although the parachutes came but were unable to drop due to low cloud cover! Next year it will be June 4th due to The Queens Diamond Jublilee.   New stall holders are welcome. If you are interested in a stall at the Carnival either as a comercial venture or as a charitable venture contact 0845 8337851. Make a note in your diary to attend. We have various arena events. Thank you to all the people who donate to Hove Lions All monies collected are given back into our local community, e.g towards our pensioners Christmas party.   In the future we hope to help the local scouts with replacement windows for their hut.   �  Whatever else you do enjoy yourself and watch this space for further activities. 

Santa's Grotto at the Maybury Garden Centre should be available again as it proved very successful in 2010.   The Old Folks Party in January 2011 was also a success.
